The tale of The 3 Tools is one of an edgy teenager going against a website and trying to create his own south park, to hilariously shitty results.

During season 1 of the 3 tools, i wanted to make the series the "family guy" of the original host site. I was, at the time, watching alot of family guy, which inspired me for the worse when it came to this series. Did this mean that The 3 Tools would be a series of dark humor gags, while somewhat racy still meant to be funny at the end of the day? no.

I mainly made many of the strips during season 1 to just be edgy and nothing else. To me now, if a jokes only purpose is to be offensive and to make people upset, it's not a good joke. I've come to hate that form of "comedy" so much, partly because of how badly i tried to make similiar jokes.

What made it worse, was that the site was increadibly strict about edgy jokes, with the moderators being very trigger happy to ban people who were being edgelords. So you mix me, an unfunny edgelord at the time, with a site where being edgy gives you a one-way ticket to being banned, it obviously didnt go well. Within two months of The 3 Tools being created, i was given a week long ban, due to a comic that featured a slur. At the time, i found it funny, that a specific slur starting with the letter "f" could be used to mean many things, so i made a comic about it. barely 24 hours later, i was rightfully banned. The thing that made this somewhat funny, was i got banned on my birthday the next day, which after the ban ended i stated was "a bad birthday gift."

two months after being banned, i got another ban. This time a permanent ban, which i somehow got down to a 30-day ban. The reason? a comic where i joked about a penis being used to breastfeed. Yeah. Somehow, it took a while for my account to get bitch slapped, because the comic strip was up for a couple of weeks prior to the ban. After the ban ended, i made sure to stear the 3 tools away from edgy jokes, which i consider the beginning of a competent version of the 3 tools.

Seasons 2 and 3 are alot more fun to look back on, mainly because of the lac of edgy for the sake of edgy jokes, which i believe made the comics a whole lot better.

I feel like if anyone comes to this page and sees the playlist "Season 5," they will probably be confused by what about the four previous ones? so this is meant to explain it.

Basically, this "comic series" started back in 2021 on a site that will go unnamed. there, i made over 300 separate comic strips (most of which are dookie) and i always made it so that one season comprised of 100 strips (or parts as i called them).

There was 3 and a half seasons worth of strips i made, between 2021 and 2023. In may of 2023, that site banned me indefinetly. Tbf, probably deserved as many of my posts on there were way too edgy and offensive, and many of them make me slightly cringe inside. After being banned, i tried to move the strips from there to twitter, where i published these strips between may and june, but to very little success. Well tbf, most of the strips got at most like 15-20 likes on the original site, so it's not like it was a massively successful brand people were on their edge waiting for more parts.

Then in january 2024, i tried to move the series to newgrounds, where you are currently reading this on. However, i gave up after two strips, because i ran out of motivation to continue on, which remained the case for the next year and a half. Now, i've tried to bring the series back, but the two parts I've already posted have been shitposts. I plan to make atleast two more shitposty ones before either posting some of the originals here or starting to produce more professional new strips and comics.
